SOIXANTE TO SEIZE THE DAY

KEMPTON: 2.10 Bobble Hat Bob, 2.40 Balthazar King, 3.15 SOIXANTE (NAP), 3.50 Pepsyrock, 4.25 Smuglin, 5.00 Power King, 5.30 Bangor Mill.

PLUMPTON: 2.30 Yossi, 3.05 Urban Warrior, 3.40 Silver Dollars, 4.15 Tamrai Dancer, 4.50 Pepito Collonges, 5.20 Freeze Up, 5.50 Divy.

WOLVERHAMPTON: 1.50 Monfils Monfils, 2.20 Obe Royal, 2.50 Jord, 3.25 Nawamees, 4.00 Trip Switch, 4.35 Parisian Gift, 5.10 Kiyari, 5.40 Campli.

DOUBLE: Soixante and Trip Switch.

Soixante should be well fancied for Kempton's "TurfTV Showing Best Racecourses'' Novices' Chase following his victory at Hereford last month.

Although the six-year-old was merely workmanlike in his two-length victory, the fact subsequent Cheltenham winner Oh Crick was the runner-up speaks volumes.

Soixante managed to recover from a minor slip to battle back on the run-in and have another couple of fair performers in behind.

Seemingly effective from two to two and a half miles, Henrietta Knight's charge should also be able to deal with the likely good ground.

Pepsyrock has shot up the ratings after winning twice on the bounce but he does not look to have finished improving yet.

After winning off a mark of 110 at Sandown last month, he starts off 126 here.

But the manner in which he shrugged off a couple of mistakes when striking in comfortable fashion at Newbury last time, suggests there is plenty in the locker.

Conditions should suit and Nicky Henderson appears to have a serious hat-trick contender on his hands in the Panoramic Bar & Restaurant Handicap Chase.

Freeze Up was pulled up on his last start but all can be forgiven upon his return to Plumpton.

David Pipe's seven-year-old blew up on heavy ground here last December and ran as if something was amiss.

Having previously won in style at Fontwell, it was clearly not Freeze Up's true form.

The seven-year-old still has a nice profile, however, and should be happier on better ground in the skybet.com Handicap Chase.

The turf Flat season kicks off at Doncaster on Saturday, but Wolverhampton continue to fly the all-weather flag, with Trip Switch looking a likely winner on his handicap debut.

An easy winner of a Lingfield maiden earlier in the month, William Muir's runner has been awarded a mark of 70 with which to go to work.

He looks fairly treated on his three-and-a-quarter-length verdict over Swans A Swimming and it would not be surprise if he went on to better.

Kiyari can make the most of the drop back to nine furlongs in the Stay At The Wolverhampton Holiday Inn Handicap.

She did not seem to stay when beaten over a longer trip last time and while not the best of Marco Botti's string, Kiyari retains enough ability for this event.
